Terms of Service
01Agreement
These terms govern your use of our website and any services provided by Ttish Labs. By engaging us, you accept these terms alongside a signed statement of work.
02Services & SOWs
Specific scope, deliverables, and timelines are defined per-engagement in a statement of work, which takes precedence over these general terms.
03Your responsibilities
You agree to provide timely access, accurate information, and any third-party approvals needed for us to deliver.
04Fees & payment
Fees are as quoted in the SOW. Invoices are payable within 30 days unless otherwise agreed; late payments may pause work.
05IP & deliverables
On full payment, you own the custom deliverables we create for you. We retain our pre-existing tools, libraries, and methods.
06Confidentiality
Both parties protect each other's confidential information during and after the engagement, with standard legal exceptions.
07Warranties & disclaimer
We warrant services will be performed with professional skill and care. Otherwise, services are provided as-is to the extent permitted by law.
08Liability
Each party's liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior twelve months, excluding breaches of confidentiality and gross negligence.
09Term & termination
Either party may terminate with written notice as set in the SOW; payment for completed work remains due.
10Compliance
We comply with applicable law and maintain security certifications relevant to your industry, as documented per engagement.
11General
These terms are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in your SOW. If any clause is unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
